We will arrive at least 15 minutes early and start at the set time, if anything changes we will contact you immediately. For train party rentals, the trackless train needs a semi-level area to run on. Grass or asphalt are fine, but No hills. It is your responsibility to provide adequate ground to drive on. We have 2 engines, 2 carts, and a coal cart. Each train holds about 1100 pounds at a time and can comfortably seat 10 people. Our train engines are regularly serviced. Prior to each event the Safety Team examines the trains for any defects. The conductor will chose which train is appropriate for the event. The trains do operate non-stop for the set time, however on occasion the Conductor may have to take a break and will notify the person in charge ahead of time. We will operate the trains until the set time is over or we have been authorized to stop running the trains.

We carry Insurance for our trains, additional information is available upon request. We offer adding your event or company on as an additional insured for  a fee, call for a quote.

The first 30 miles radius from Redlands, CA are free

• 31-50 miles: additional $125

• 51-60 miles: additional $175

• 61-70 miles: additional $250

• Over 70 miles: Call for a quote

A $100 deposit is required for us to reserve the date and time. This fee is refundable up to 30 days before the event. Full refund will be permitted after 30 days due to bad weather or due to unforeseen circumstances. We are a small company and cannot refund if you cancel less than 30 days from your event.

Your remaining balance is due at the event. This can be paid online or with a check at the event or with cash at the event. We reserve the right to request the balance payment after unloading and setting up for the event.

We ask that you be respectful to each other and the Conductor while riding the train. Shouting and screaming is permitted as long as it done in excitement! Please refrain from yelling from the trains at people we pass by. Please no horse play on the trains. Please no eating or drinking on the trains. It is up to the conductor if they will allow pets onto the train. The Conductor reserves the right to stop the train at any time. If for any reason the Conductor feels unsafe, he will report to the contact of their concerns. The Conductor also reserves the right to terminate the services if safety is a concern.
